After years of research and many churro-tasting trips, Melanie searched the world over, seeking the perfect churro-making machine as well as the best, most authentic churro recipe she could find.

The San Rafael location opened as a prototype in 2003. Since then, we’ve served tens of thousands of churros and other Especiales de la Casa.
